PASTEURISATION PROCESS
This process consists in subjecting products to a high temperature for a short time to eliminate pathogenic microorganisms, while preserving the maximum nutritional profile and organoleptic properties. This treatment enhances product stability, resulting in foodstuffs which are perfectly suited for both adults and children.
HIGH PRESSURE PROCESS
High Pressure Processing is a non-thermal treatment to inactivate the major pathogenic microorganisms, thereby improving shelf life and offering products that taste fresher, look better and contain all the nutritional benefits.
STERILISATION PROCESS: RETORT STERILISATION
Sterilisation is also a process that involves a high temperature treatment (over 100 ºC) for a short time. This process eliminates all the microorganisms in a product, and is suitable for a wide range of foods, such as fruits and vegetables, meat and fish, pasta, and dairy products. The resulting product is highly stable at room temperature over a long period of time.
