Charter Recognition by the Diversity Foundation

The Diversity Charter Foundation recognises Delafruit for its efforts in creating a diverse workforce and promoting inclusion.

The Diversity Charter is a decalogue of 10 principles on inclusion and diversity that companies and institutions sign up to on a voluntary basis.

10 principles of the Diversity Charter:

  1. Raise awareness of the principles of equal opportunities and respect for diversity, including them as company values and disseminating them among its staff.

  2. To advance in the construction of a diverse team, encouraging the integration of professionals with different profiles regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, race, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, beliefs, age, disability or any other personal or social circumstance.

  3. Promote inclusion, favouring effective integration, avoiding any type of discrimination (direct or indirect) in the workplace.

  4. Consider diversity in all human resources policies, managing diversity in a cross-cutting manner, as the basis and principle of all decisions taken in this area.

  5. Promote work-life balance through a balance between work, family and leisure time, establishing mechanisms that allow the harmonisation of work, family and personal life for all its staff.

  6. Recognise the diversity of its customers, as this is also a source of innovation and development.

  7. Extend and communicate the commitment to its staff, sharing and extending to the whole company the responsibility that the organisation acquires by being a signatory of the Diversity Charter.

  8. Spread the commitment among its supplier companies, inviting them to join the community of companies in Spain that adhere to the voluntary commitment promoted by the Charter.

  9. Transfer and convey this commitment to administrations, business organisations, trade unions and other social agents.

  10. Reflect the activities in support of non-discrimination, as well as the results obtained from the implementation of diversity policies in the company's annual report.
